I noticed two days ago that my one cat was missing a little hair off her one ear in about a nickle sized spot. I didn't think much of it because we have a kitten in the house and they play all the time. Then today I noticed that there was scaly, flaky skin that just fell off when I touched it. It didn't bother her at all, but it was pretty gross. The skin was almost powdery. Does anyone know what this is and if it's a big problem?
